Liang holds a master's degree in Economics from Peking University and an EMBA from the China Europe International Business School.  Liang is the co-founder and current Chairman of Rosefinch. He has 14 years' experience in the securities and fund management industry, having previously held roles at China Merchants Bank, Southwest Securities and Rosefinch Investment.

Huang holds a master's degree in Finance from Wuhan University and a bachelor's degree in Engineering from Beijing University of Engineering. Huang has over 10 years' experience in the securities and fund management industry, having previously held roles at ICBC Credit Suisse Fund Management Company, Changjiang Securities, Huabao Xingye Fund Management Company and Shanghai Fuqing Investment Partners.

He holds a master's degree in Economics from Fudan University. He has 13 years' experience in the securities and fund management industry, having previously held roles at the Bank of China Investment Management Company, Changjiang Securities, Yinhua Fund Management Company, and Rosefinch Investment.

Zhou holds a doctor's degree in Biomedical Engineering and a bachelors’ degree in Biotechnology from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Zhou has 12 years’ experience in the securities and fund management industry, having held positions at Research Department of China Securities, Asset management Department of BOC International Securities, Greenwoods, etc.

Zheng holds a bachelors’ degree in Finance from University of Illinois. Zheng has over 5 years’ experience in the securities and fund management industry, having held positions at Research Department of Huatai Securities and Rosefinch Investment.

Zhang holds a master's degree in Mathematical Finance from Columbia University in the City of New York and a bachelor's degree in Finance from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. She has 5 years' experience in the securities and fund management industry, having previously held a role at one of China's leading investment banks, CICC.

Liu holds a master's degree in Finance from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. She has 14 years' experience in the securities and fund management industry, having previously held roles at Industrial Bank and Fullgoal Fund, where she managed RMB 10+ billion assets of the Social Security Fund of PRC', pension schemes and other institutional and individual investors. Liu was awarded for her management of 'China Social Insurance' assets.  

Zhang holds a master's degree in Finance from Nanjing University. He has 17 years' experience in the securities and fund management industry, having previously held research-based roles at companies including Everbright Securities, Essence Securities, Zhongtai Securities and JS Cresvale Securities International.
