Liang holds a master's degree in Economics from Peking University and an EMBA from the China Europe International Business School.  Liang is the co-founder and current Chairman of Rosefinch. He has 14 years' experience in the securities and fund management industry, having previously held roles at China Merchants Bank, Southwest Securities and Rosefinch Investment.

Xie has 12 years' experience in the securities and fund management industry, having previously held a role at Western Securities. Previous, she held positions in the City of Shanghai's Judicial Body. Xie holds a master's degree in Law from the Northwest University of Political Science and Law.

Wu has 5 years' experience in the securities and fund management industry. He has previously held positions at General Electric and Vanke. Wu holds a bachelor's degree from Fudan University.

Huang has over 12 years' experience in the securities and fund management industry, having previously held roles at ICBC Credit Suisse Fund Management Company, Changjiang Securities, Fortune SG Fund Management Company and Shanghai Fuqing Investment Partners. Huang holds a master's degree in Finance from Wuhan University and a bachelor's degree in Engineering from Beijing University of Engineering.

Lin has 15 years' experience in the securities and fund management industry, having previously held roles at Standard Chartered Bank and Ping An Asset Management Co. Lin holds a master's degree in Econometrics from Canada's University of Victoria.

Zhao holds a master's degree in business management from Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Zhao is the Vice General Manager & General Manager of Finance and Administration Dept. of Rosefinch. She has 10 years' experience in finance industry, having previously held roles at Southwest Securities, Shine Wing Accounting firm and Rosefinch Investment.

Xu has over 10 years' experience in the information technology industry and has held positions at Shanghai Huading Finance Software Company, China Universal Asset Management, First-Trust Fund Management Company and East Asia Qianhai Securities. Xu holds a bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management from Beijing Technology and Business University.
